We know how busy life can get. That’s why we’ve made it a priority to offer flexible and easy enrollment options here at Gymies. We pride ourselves on being family-friendly and providing ease of access for all, even in something as trivial as making your child’s extra-curricular enrollment simple. With multiple membership options, no locked-in commitments, and automatic payment systems, you can relax and enjoy all that Gymies has to offer.
The Gymies term runs from September through June, covering the school year. Upon enrollment, your place in the class is held month-to-month until the year ends.
Please note that Gymies is always open with the exception of Shabbat and Chag (Jewish Holidays). You can expect classes to operate as scheduled throughout the year unless otherwise specified.
We know it can be hard to commit in advance; that’s why we offer flexible membership and cancellation options. You can sign up on a monthly basis and cancel at any time.
Currently, Gymies offers three payment options:
1) School Year Payment in Full
2) School Year Payment Plan
3) Recurring Monthly Payments
Monthly Billing:
If you have selected monthly payments, the entire yearly fee (which spans September through June) will be distributed equally over the remaining months of the year. This means you’ll be charged each month regardless of how many classes are offered that month. Class dates that fall on holidays are not included when we account for the number of classes in each year, so you won’t be paying for any class dates that coincide with holidays.
If you join Gymies mid-year, your yearly fee will be prorated and won’t include any classes you have missed prior to your registration date.
Upgrading Your Plan
Whether you select a yearly payment plan or recurring monthly payments, you always have the option to upgrade your plan and apply the relevant discount to your remaining payments. Please note that we do not prorate previous charges based on your upgrade and payments that have already been made will not be adjusted.
Mid-year Enrollment
Class fees are automatically prorated upon mid-session enrollment.
Refunds and exchanges
Gymies payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Mid-year Cancellation
Upon mid-year cancellation of recurring monthly payments or semester payment plans, tuition charges will be prorated based on the number of classes that have passed since your enrollment date. In the event that you have taken more classes than your tuition payments have covered to date, your card will be charged for the balance.
Cancellation requests are accepted via email only at info@gymiesgym.com.
1. Full Year Payment Cancellations: If full yearly tuition was already paid and you would like to cancel your membership, enrollment can be transferred to any other Gymies program taking place within the same school year. Transfers are valid for the dates of the session that the original registration was made.
2. Yearly Payment Plan Cancellations: Yearly payment plans can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
3. Recurring Monthly Payment Cancellations: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time before the 15th of the month, effective for the upcoming billing cycle.
Makeup Classes
Each student is allotted one make-up class per month in the form of an open gym pass. Makeup classes must be booked a minimum of 72 hours in advance via email and are subject to availability. Makeups are limited to the current month and cannot be applied to future months. You must hold an active enrollment to qualify for a makeup class.
Classes range from 30 minutes for ages 1 and 2, to 45 minutes for ages 3-5 and one hour for most classes for ages 6 and up.
You should arrive 10-15 minutes before class to allow yourself time to change and prepare for class.
We recommend bringing a water bottle for sports classes. We do have a filtered water fountain on site if you need refills. Snacks are a good idea if you are taking back-to-back classes or are coming straight from school.
If you are sending your child to camp, please send along a labeled water bottle, snacks, and lunch.
Gymies is a nut-free zone.
For gymnastics and aerial classes, girls typically wear a leotard and leggings, no shoes or socks, and tie their hair back. Ninja Zone and boys' gymnastics students should wear soft pants and avoid stiff canvas or jeans, while jiujitsu students wear a gi.
Gymies sells a full line of leotards, footless tights, leggings and jiujitsu gis, so you can purchase those on site if needed.
